Separate mobGriefing command

In my survival world I almost always have the mobGriefing command set to false because I hate when creepers/ghasts blow up my stuff. However, this command also completely disables allays from functioning which is very frustrating. I do not think that these two very distinct things should have the same toggle. Perhaps break down "mob griefing" into separate types based on specific mobs rather than the command affecting all mobs.

    And separate destruction/picking up blocks from picking up items.
