Minecraft Bedrock Chunk Loader

Chunk loader is essential for farms. However, there are no chuck loaders available in bedrock version of the game. Recent snapshot made change to the ender pearl which allow it to load the chunk they are currently in. Adding this to bedrock version too will be so useful.
