Snowballs hit players

Let snowballs hit players! I don't know how this hasn't been added to the game yet but it would be very fun to do with a friend or on multiplayer!

    In bedrock edition, this already happens, as players will receive knockback, and while they won't take damage, the damage cooldown still happens. In java, players are unaffected, but really think they should!

    Yes! I think the concern is that they would be annoying to get pummeled by, but for them to hardly even register takes the fun out of snowball fights. A player won't even notice that you're throwing snowballs at them if their back is turned!

    I think they removed this on 1.9  :(
