add a mob called the tree stalker (note this is to pale garden)

mobs actions: 1.only attack when looked at 2.it will add a challenge to hardcore player who put them day and night work  3.it spawns from a creaking heart at night,midnight,morning,day 4. when died it drops 8 pale logs 5.the shape is super strange it is shaped like a tree 6.its sound like a creaking

    COOL! Great idea to whoever thought of this! It would be nice having a new mob in the game!
