Experience Bottling

It would be great to be able to store your own experience in bottles o' enchanting, especially so that late game players can share experience with newcomers on servers.

The best way to do this would be with a new workstation: the Extractor stand. It would be made by combining a skulk catalyst with a blaze rod and 2 echo shards. The block would not have an interface, instead, when right-clicked with an empty bottle, the bottle would instantly be converted into a bottle o' enchanting, sucking out some of the player's experience. You would be able to hold right click and bottle huge amounts of experience at a time.

This would give an additional use to the skulk extractor and echo shards, and allow players to get bottles o' enchanting in bulk without having to trade for them.
