The Navigation Update

Add blocks which, respectively, can make a construction made by the player come to life and fly through the air, sail across the sea or walk on land. By example, there would be a water navigation block, and a player could put it in the ship which he built, and then he would be able to move the ship, but only in water. It would have a block which would make the ship walk on earth like a car (but maybe the player should make a car instead of a ship) or in air like an airplane
