Lumberjack, wood saw and job blocks change

A new Villager profession: Lumberjack, this is supposed to sell different types of wood (logs) and saplings as well as leaves based on environment for example: in a cold biome spruce and oak wood as well as pale garden wood. The job block for him would be a wood saw that can craft wooden boards into other types of wood. 

Now to the QoL feature, deactivation and activation of job blocks. For example: there is an anvil in my house, if it is activated every villager nearby will accept it, if it is deactivated not a single villager will accept it
