hanging vines

I would love there to be another sort of vines that acts like the glow berries or weeping vines. What I mean by that is, that you can place those new vines at the bottom of the block. Currently vines can be placed on the bottom of a block but wont grow down from there. The problem with glow berries is that you cannot place them at the bottom of leaves blocks, which would be the main purpose of those new vines.
