Add a touch button for the left hand.

The Problem
Minecraft Bedrock and Java have a lot of parity problems, one of them being the fact that you can use every item with the left hand in Java, but in bedrock you can't because of Pocket Edition.

How to fix it
To solve this problem right here, there could be a separate button for placing blocks or use items with the left hand.
