Villagers , war ,and the old vehicles update

i have wanted this for a long time fellow minecrafters so i think there should be special banners that allow you to control mobs like wither skeletons and yes  i am a huge wither skeleton fan and second i think minecraft should add a train the spawns rails itself and i think their should be security villagers and an  enslave ability and soldier villagers
