Teleporting Chestplate

We already have one unique piece of armor: The turtle shell. What if we had another made with purpur or ender pearls. (what material is chosen depends on how soon in the game this armor should be made available.) The chestplate will have low armor and medium durability but will teleport you one or two blocks in the direction your moving at random intervals. This could be a fun and unique way to travel, but somewhat annoying in fighting. That is, unless you want to get away. It is also possible to to teleport through walls, provided they are one block thick, adding unique ideas for parkour or espionage.
