bat teeth (new potion)

Bat Teeth would be an item drop for bats, giving bats use and adding new features for gameplay and combat purposes. if bat teeth are brewed into a potion it would give the player the ability to steal health when attacking another player or non undead mobs. since bats are not that common to find, the potion would not be easy to get and therefore would not be overpowered.
