XP focus/totem: a new way to store and use XP

CRAFTING RECIPE

• crafted with echo shards, gold and either lapis or amethyst (probably the latter), the crafting recipe would be the following: echo shard in the middle, surrounded with gold on all 4 sides and amethysts (could be lapis instead) in the top-right & bottom-left or top-left & bottom-right.

USES

• holding it in either hand would make all XP that is collected be added to the focus instead of the XP bar. It would work like an item with mending, but starting at zero (like a bundle) and when it reaches full capacity it would gain the enchantment glint.
• right clicking with it in the main hand (for parity) would transfer the XP stored in it to your XP bar, this would be a good way to store XP for later use (like before a boss fight, where XP loss could discourage the player from doing the fight) and an easy way to share XP collected from farms.
• using it in a brewing stand with normal water bottles (or awkward potions) would create bottles o' enchanting, adding a new and simpler way to obtain them en masse.

WHY ADD IT?

• this would help add further value to the echo shards.
• this would ease the loss of progress when you die, as it could be stored with all your XP in it, before engaging in dangerous activities such as boss fights, raids and caving.
• this would improve QOL and add to the fantasy side of Minecraft.
