you can take a photo of something and use it as like a picture or insert the picture into an item frame

Drone

self-explanatory; can maybe use any ore as batteries, the better the ore, the longer it lasts. or maybe a new battery item for it. possibly has a separate item needed to control the drone.

    Minecraft is a fantasy game, the highest form of technology in Minecraft is redstone. Don't get me wrong your idea is still viable, but it needs to change to fit the world of Minecraft, because Minecraft isn't going to change for your idea. I would suggest that you keep the same mechanics and such, while leaning on magic and/or redstone instead of high tech stuff like electricity and batteries.

    I feel like adding this would be causing the real world to leak into Minecraft too much. It is far too modern, and would change the feel of the game too much. maybe a LONG way into the future, if Minecraft lasts that long, which I hope it will, when our 'modern' time period feels like ancient history they can implement it, but for now I'd like to stick to good old pre-modern stuff.

    Adding these would be like adding guns to minecraft, and would mess up the general atmosphere of the game. Still a cool idea, though.
