Warped crossbow and warped soul arrows

I have an idea about a thing called warped crossbow and warped soul arrows. The warped crossbow is made of two warped sticks, one netherite ingot and two strings. The warped sticks are made of two warped planks. This crossbow can only shoot warped soul arrows that are made out of one eye of ender, one glistering arrow and one soul sand block. When you shoot the warped soul arrow, if it hits something then it rains down 20 more arrows in a radius of 5 blocks around the target. Each arrow deals 5 damage. After you shoot the arrow, it has a 4 sec cool down period. The animation of the arrows raining down is very quick. You can put infinity and mending on it at the same time.

    Having infinity and mending on a warped crossbow is slightly overpowered with an anvil. The only way you can find a warped crossbow with infinity and mending is a treasure bastion remnant that generated in a warped forest. The warped crossbow with infinity and mending is exclusive to the treasure chest with only a 1% chance of generation.

    I think it should be only available on an enchantment table and not on an anvil.
