Have Background Music Fade Out When Near a Jukebox Playing Music

Now that music fades out when in the Pale Garden, I believe it should also fade out when in a certain radius of a Jukebox playing music. I know when I play a song on the Jukebox, I want to hear that song, not the song playing in the background.

    This has been added to the game as of update v26.40.

    The change was only made in Bedrock Edition, sadly. Maybe it will come to Java some day too.
