Pale Garden Open Eyeblossum Flowers Should Give Blindness

The open eyeblossums should give blindness I for 1 second when the player touches them. This would make it harder to keep watch on the creaking as the player would be constantly looking down for flowers and when they touch them they might lose track of the creaking.
