When a player sees a mob spawn, sometimes the mob can be seen duplicating (This is a bug this suggestion will affect, and need to have resolved if it is used. It could also fix this bug by being implimented.)
My suggestion to mobs spawning in groups is instead of duplication, a spawn-point that triggers the spawning of several other mobs in appropriate places.
This should be done by seperating individual spawn-point types for mobs. The two types would be single-spawn-points and scatter-spawn-points with a spawn table (usually for one mob type), that will spawn multiple unique mobs in viable places. The spawned mobs must be able to reach one another hypothetically. Raids would be a bigger scatter-spawn-point, which must enable the raid to pathfind past the village border easily.
This new feature would not only improve the appearance of distant mob spawning, but it could also make it easier to allow other mob types to spawn in a group, and it could allow better variation of the mobs in a group.
