New Enchant, "Bane of Horror"?

I have an idea for an enchant. It's called Bane of Horror. It hits all "scary" mobs for extra damage, like the Enderman, the Warden, and it can hit the Creaking, and maybe Baby Zombies? They're pretty scary in a hardcore world.
