Why do we always get overworld updates?

Year after year we get stuff added to the overworld the last real update for another dimension was in 2020, 4 years ago! Because Mojang wants to make smaller game drops I suggest to add also little things to the Nether and End, maybe a new structure to the Nether for example a piglin village or revamping the ender dragon fight to make it feel more like a real end! We don't always need overworld updates, additions to other dimensions would be useful and nowadays even necessary!
