The Creaking Doesn’t Instill Fear

The damage boost you guys did to The Creaking was a nice step but it’s not enough. What truly makes a scary mob is knowing what it can do to you. The reason why a silly looking mob like the Creeper can invoke so much fear even in the most experienced players is because they know how much damage it can do. I feel The Creeking should deal a heavy amount of damage even through a full gear of iron armor. Will cause players to definitely want to participate in the challenge of avoiding looking away.

    You should play subnautica and then revisit this idea. I think you'll find that actually, NOT knowing what the mob can do to you makes it much scarier. Fear of the unknown is a strong one, and something the best horror games play off of rather than cheap jumpscares.
