Resin Torches(/candles)/Copper Block Resinating

The new resin should work like beeswax, it has in reality been used as a fuel and it would only make sense to make it work like that in minecraft too. It could also be an alternative to the beeswax copper block-waxing-wise

  I think we should name it something else and make it used for making wood types fireproof instead. having a new use is better than making it have the same use as an existing thing.
