make the wither in minecraft java edition the same as minecraft bedrock

the wither must have the same health, the same attacks and behaviors

    this is 100% valid. with java, a wither is a light, almost mini boss fight so easy to beat and cheese, that players have farmed them since the get-go. the bedrock wither is more of an actual boss, and honestly to accommodate the different play styles and play speeds, switching them would suit the wither quit nicely.
