Medicinal Resin

Very frequently, resin is used in medicines or for other health benefits. A good way to represent this would be a potion made out of resin, either an existing kind (instant health or regeneration), or an Absorption potion, to draw in more players to the forest, and to help explain why pillagers collect it themselves and how they use it

tldr: add in a potion from resin, giving either a previous health effect, or absorption
