new under water stuff

make it so there is a purpue for going underwater besides a monument and a trident and make it so there are new underwater mobs besides just 1 a dround and make it have scary music while under water in the ocean make like 2 more mobs idk what mobs but like maybe under water skeletons or like under water creepers or spiders and make like a new armer set to stay under water longer with the enchantment     

so that the trident enchantment for doing more damage to only like drounds and gaurdeans and elder gaurds
