Pixel paint (Bedrock and Java)

Have you ever not liked what a block looked like. Well there should be a tool to color each individual pixel on any block. So you could have a very decorated house. You can save the painted blocks by using another tool. I don't want to leave any edition out on this idea so it should be on Bedrock and Java.
