Chiseled bookshelves increases "minimum level" of enchanting table

Right now the enchanting table only has 1 option that gives a level 30 enchantment. I propose that placing chiseled bookshelves around the enchanting table (along with already placed normal bookshelves), then filling them with unused enchanted books will raise the other 2 options to level 30.

Having 3 options at level 30 makes the enchanting table feel less grindy because players now have 3 choices of level 30 enchantments.
