Enchantment books can still be used after enchanting in an anvil

There are times when an enchantment book has multiple different enchantments on it, but a player might only want to use one of them without wasting the others. what I think would be a nice change is to have it that when you use an anvil and an enchanted book to enchant an item only the enchantments that can be applied to that item are used but the book still has all the other enchantments that couldn't be applied instead of being destroyed. that way the other enchantments could still used and aren't wasted.
