Spending lapis can "identify" more enchantments in the enchanting table

Right now in the enchanting table, when hovering over an option you can only see one enchantment. My idea would add an "identify button". If you click this button it uses 1 lapis to "identify" another enchantment for that option.

For example, hovering over the bottom option only shows Unbreaking 3. Clicking the "identify button" will now show Unbreaking 3 and Silk Touch! And then you can click the button again to show Efficiency 4!

This makes the enchanting table feel less like a lottery AND gives another use for lapis.

Perhaps this mechanic can even be unlocked by placing additional chiseled bookshelves around the enchanting table and filling them with unused enchanted books.
