Creaking Heart Beacon

As of right now the creaking heart does not have a use right now, using it instead of a beacon on top of a beacon structure could activate new perks including:

1. Reducing or Stopping mob spawning in a certain range which could be upgraded by the size of the beacon pyramid.

2. Increasing the mob spawning in a certain range which could also be upgraded could be useful for mob farms and builds.

I think this would give an incentive to players going into the pale gardens and harvesting the creaking heart.
