Bedrock needs same device pairing

If you are a minecraft pe player then you know that bedrock edition lets different kinds of devices like phones, computers, and consoles to play with eachother. Though, this also has a problem since phone players are often beated by pc players because of the pairing. So i want a feature where there would be a device sorting where you would only be paired with the same device as you so it would be fair because pc players have a higher advantage than phone players.
