Make the pale garden its own biome

I don't get this biome being a sub-biome of the roofed forest (dark oak forest), I think it should definitely be its own separate biome that spawns in a different area.

    Likewise, the dark forest is so saturated, the colour change between biomes is so sharp and not immersive; I don't really like it as is. (Still appreciate the devs for adding white wood though!)

    The thing with it being a variant is it always borders a dark forest, even if it'd be very cool next to a whole lot of other biomes.
