Allow players to rename the Creaking Heart in an anvil

Similarly to how a renamed spawn egg will automatically spawn a named mob, renaming a Creaking Heart in an anvil should result in all Creakings spawned from it to have that name. This would be useful because currently there is no way to permanently name them, since they technically die each day.
