Nether Biome: Megaquartz Points

Megaquartz Points Biome

This nether biome is based on the real crystals discovered under Naica mountain in Mexico, which formed due to volcanic activity. (see links)

This Biome would have huge diagonal quartz crystals protruding from the walls, providing a great source of large amounts of Quartz to build with. I find that Quartz is difficult to build with due to its scarcity, but with a rare biome like this, you can gather large quantities very easily.

I imagine Quartz Ore would be more common here, and that these Quartz points would glow, and shimmering particle effects permeate the biome.

I would love to see some Rough Quartz block textures to add some texturing as well.
