Suspicious Stone & Fossil Nodules

Suspicious Stone (and Suspicious Deepslate) generate underground (and in surface rivers) the same as ores, except they always spawn as a single block. They should never be broken with a pickaxe, as that will also destroy the Nodule inside.

Instead, (similarly to brushes with archeology) you should right click the Suspicious Stone with at least an Iron pickaxe, and with each click, the Nodule will gradually come out of the block, and pop out.

The Fossil Nodules look like unopened geodes, you can take and right click with the item in hand at a Grindstone, and you could get some unique items!

The main purpose of this feature is to provide more excitement to mining, it provides a right click function to the pickaxe, and it provides more opportunity for unique fossil decorations to add to players bases, like ancient skulls for example.
