Introducing the Potion of Delusion.
This would be a potion that witches throw, or perhaps given by a new mob. If you are hit with this potion, you begin to see hostile mobs on your screen that aren’t actually there. these hallucinations appear at random. These mobs are not truly there and therefore you simply go through them. However, they will still try to attack you but will not do any harm. This potion lasts until you drink milk.
