Nether and ender specific enchantments

It wouldbe nice to have Nether and Ender specific enchantments. To get these spells we should build a modified enchanted table. To modify the enchanted table we could, for the Ender table replace two diamonds by Ender crystals, and for the Nether table replace the diamonds by netherite. For instance, an enchantment for Ender: after consuming ten levels of XP teleports the player 20 blocks away in the direction he's looking. Applies only to swords. And for Nether: with the enchantment " armor of wither " an effect of wither is applied on the enemy when he hit the player's armor. Only applies to armors. Enchantment table give random enchantment without telling what it is (to add suspense to enchantments).
