Wither Rose should grow in Pale Garden

I mean we're all thinking it right? The pale garden doesn't look like a garden. So why not add some flowers? Plenty of people have made their suggestions for new flowers, and while I do agree, I think the Wither Rose should get some representation here, it definitely adds to the spook factor and gives some extra reason to come back.
