End plant: Bloom

Bloom would be these sloped green, purple and cream colored plants that grow like shelf mushrooms on the sides of dirt pillars placed by Endermen in the end. Bloom would spread to adjacent surfaces, similar to how vines grow, but spread less frequently. 

Bloom would produce an orange particle effect that looks like tiny insects moving about. Within the range of the particle effect, overworld crops and plants could be grown in the end. Used in the overworld, overworld crops would grow 1 block taller, doubling their yield. 

Bloom would be used in potions to create a potion of anchoring: this potion would prevent creatures from being able to pass through portals or teleport, and would prevent creatures from transforming, so it could be used to keep piglins from zombifying in the overworld, and make chorus fruit safe to eat near cliffs.
