Pale gardens and White Pumpkins

In order to give players more reasons to enter the Pale Garden, a special breed of white Pumpkins, Pale Pumpkins, should grow within it. it can be used for the same recipes as normal Pumpkins, but can be used on snow golem to give them some extra style. these can also be sheared, and crafted into pale lanterns with a torch, or a Pale Soul lantern using a soul torch instead

    Add scarecrows that can only be made using pale pumpkins that can only be found in the pale garden. Creaking won't move when scarecrows are looking at them. Also a great opportunity to add crows that act like the suggested vultures and add to the ambiance. Maybe crows will spawn over large farms and will steal dropped items or pick ripe crops and fly away with them. If players want to scale up their farm, they'll need scarecrows to scare away the crows.

    there's really a lot of pumpkin varients in real life, and if the pale garden is a varient of the dark forest add green pumpkins in the dark forest for consistancy.

    A different poster thought of this, but I think it would be cool to have the carved pale pumpkins and pale jack o' lantern have a more mischievous face looking face or the ghast face. This part is my idea: there could be little garden structures that spawn that are made of pale oak blocks, they could have pale pumpkins, chest(s), and/or a new type of flower called pale lavender. Pale lavender could be placeable like how sea pickles, sea turtle eggs, and pink petals are. The chests could have stuff like pale pumpkins seeds, iron nuggets, string, leather, and/or apples.

    I was thinking that they could add these kinds of pumpkins, a new flower called pale lilac, and a new food and plant called pale grape vine. The vines can grow on walls and on ceilings + floors and they could have a random chance to have a pale grape growing on it when they grow. Players can shear a pale grape vine that has pale grapes on it to get pale grapes (the pale grapes can be eaten). Pale lilac is a less colorful version of lilac. Even though I had great ideas every time I posted about it, it got took down.

    totally would be neat thing, pale pumpkin could also alter behavior of golems or their style, iron golem built with pale pumpkin could have pale wines instead, and giving to villagers and dropping that eye plant that grows in pale forests now instead of poppy, pale pumpkin would be also new building material with familiar but new textures, new thing to plant on fields
    also crafting them in pie same as normal pumpkins are, they could have some effects, eye plants are poisinous to bees, so I guess whole biom is supposed to have corrupted feeling or such, so maybe white pumpkin pie could be more nutrious but chance to be poisoned or just same as normal pumkin pie that would/could poison you
    sould pumkin lanters could be good, I wish we could have those made of regular pumpkins too, also pale carved pumpkins should definitely have different face carved in, and work also when worn on head
    pale melon could be also interesting, but I guess that would be not as much

    I don't care what the old gen who can't accept new things say, i just want this. I finaly can replace the birch wood. Don't listen to people who says "it's not minecraft anymore". I just loved how you guys add new block for builders sm. Keep it goin!

    I love the idea of making Pale Jack-O-Lanterns with a white pumpkin and a soul torch. That would be extra spooky and worth the extra mile of adding them in.

    This is a great idea... But some concepts I've seen have made the block not directional (like how you can place wood on its side) -- see watles' video from November 17, 2024. The block if made directional, could be a very cool floor block for older looking floors. I would love see this put into the game.

     

    EDIT:  ik this is different from how regular pumpkins work but it is still a good idea, easy to implement, and could be a really cool block. And what's the harm of making normal pumpkins directional?

    That sounds like a great idea! Adding Pale Pumpkins would definitely make the Pale Garden more appealing and give players new crafting options. I especially like the idea of using them for snow golems and creating unique lanterns—it adds both style and functionality!

    It's a perfect fit to have white pumpkins and it would go with the fact that the new biome is Pale Gardens.

    It would be a good idea if when you find these rare pumpkins at night, you could stand next to or on top of it, and the creakings couldn't get past 8 block from the pumpkin, the same would happen if the player put it on their head.

    Adding pale pumpkins would be good and it would make the Pale Gardens feel more like a garden.

     

    The golems could could have a super buff. The iron golems could have I projectile and slightly less health. The snow golems could have more health and do more damge

    It would be super cool especially if you have to do something to get it making the Pale garden more like a special biome full of things to explore
