Winged Shoes for Double Jumping

These Winged shoes would allow you to double jump while wearing. they could be crafted with one pair of boots (any type) 2 feathers and a Phantom membrane. All the materials make sense boots 2 feathers for 2 boots and Phantoms fly so what do they drop Phantom membranes so use those. Putting a pair of winged boots in a anvil with a leaping potion should make them enchanted and jump higher.
