A bunch of mobs, including the new creaker are functionally off or less dangerous during the day, but if you bring them to the deep dark, they should become permanently active until they leave.
This would be a check on any mob behaviour that decides to change its behaviour at night time, to also check if it's in the deep dark.
That way, minigames that depend on mob behaviour don't have to make sure it's night time in game, they can instead dig out space in the deep dark. Since there's no natural spawns, players would also have to specifically bring the mobs there to use this feature/it's not going to be accidental
