Dimension: Pale Gardens

I would love to see the Pale Garden be added to another dimension or be an entirely new dimension, instead of being in The Overworld.

The reasons being;

• There's too many biomes in The Overworld to discover.
• It feels out of place in The Overworld.
• Giving you a choice if you want to go there or not.

If it were to become it's own biome, you could increase the horror of the biome. Such as adding fireflies that look like The Creaking's eyes, scary sounds and fog (could be ground fog or mid-air fog)

This dimension could be accessed by creating a portal with a certain kind of block (or blocks?) or it could be accessed by drinking a potion or eating a new fruit, perhaps even eating a new kind of stew?
