Change The Pale Garden Environment To Always Dark Or Night

Similar to how the environments change for nether biomes, change it for the Pale Gardens so upon entering the area it is always night there. Would keep the spookiness up. Also hoping there is more flora/fauna coming to the biome so it is not just like any other older biomes with a color change.
