Creaking:
The newly announced Creaking mob is boring. It doesn't even deal that much damage, it isn't even that scary and has nothing that relates to the word 'Creaking'. Warden is a perfect horror mob, with things unique to it. On the other hand, Creaking is just a smaller version of the concept stage warden (stalker) but with a wooden texture and minus the good features. My suggestions on how to change it are:
- Make the Creaking bend and crawl (like the stalker can) so that it can hide behind the hanging vines thingy and crawl up to the player.
- When the player sees the creaking, make it so that it just doesn't just simply stand still. My suggestion would be that it jumps to the top of the canopy of the Pale Oak trees and bends itself. That way it would be harder for the player to easily defeat it.
- Increase the damage that creaking causes plus increase the knockback. Also make it so that literally all sounds stop when the creaking gets too close to the player. This can give the player an indication.
- Make it able to close its eyes when trying to hide from the player.
Pale Garden:
Just too simple. My suggestions would be:
- The Pale garden should have more fog than the other biomes, like the nether has, which will make it more eerie. The fog should be more black than the fog in the nether just to make it more scary.
- The Pale Gardens should stretch from the bottom to the top of the world. Pale garden can be mixture of both overground and cave biome.
- Some more eerie orange-glow flowers.
