Change Note Block and Jukebox Crafting Recipes to Include Amethyst

Its been three years since amethyst was added to the game, but it barely has any uses. I think it would be nice to have it be included it the note block and jukebox crafting recipes, which would make amethyst more related with sound in the game. It's used in calibrated sculk sensors, but it feels random to use amethyst in a sound-related block when its never been used in other recipes that deal with noise. It would make more sense to add amethyst to the recipes of the jukebox and the note block to make it more useful in the category. This way, it would feel less like a one-off item with seemingly no purpose. Additionally, because of these changes, it would make sense to include amethyst in other noise-related recipes in the future.
