Lapis increases beacon range

You should be able to spend 1 lapis lazuli block to double the effective range of the beacon for 1 Minecraft day cycle. The lapis lazuli block can be inserted into the beacon via hopper. Gives lapis a use when you have too much of it. Also, players would be encouraged to use the daylight sensor to make a "refilling system".

I chose lapis as the material for this because it lacks many uses and it fits lore-wise. Lapis is pretty much used only for enchanting. And that ability to "enchant" is why I chose it, because it's "enchanting" the beacon.
