vault block cooldowns

The vault block should have a cool down for 48 Hours in IRL so then you don't have to find new trial chambers all the time so when all the vaults are on cooldown you can come back two hours later and do them again.

    The spawner already have a mandatory cooldown but vaults don't (which makes it like rolling dice, even if you can only find one chamber in a realm, and only one or two people can get a mace. A similar problem happened in me, my sister, my oldest cousin, and all our friends realm, where no one seemed to get any of the loot, because we got a villager who gave us the same map to the same chamber) , it would be intresting if we could actually do something to trigger a restock in vaults (maybe setting a fire charge into every spawner present in the chamber?).
