Remove hostility of wolves and polar bears towards foxes.

It is completely unfair that foxes have to hide and run away from attacks by wolves and polar bears, although no one attacked these animals. It is unfair that such cute animals as foxes are endangered and mortal in their habitat, and with the recent update more and more biomes are becoming breeding grounds for bad wolves and that only the player can protect the foxes.
