Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Directionality of Various Chiseled Blocks

I don't know if this is intentional or not, or even possible to fix, I dont know if this could be considered a bug, but chiseled blocks have NO directionality on the top and bottom textures.

Chiseled blocks of all types should have directionality support applied to their bottom and top textures.

A primary example of this issue are chiseled deepslate and chiseled nether bricks, their side textures are fine, BUT WHY is the chiseled deepslate face and chiseled nether brick skull ALWAYS facing the same polar-direction, this causes a difficult struggle for any builder trying to make a design in floors and ceilings, when ANY chiseled block is used.

I found this frustrating the first time I ever noticed this.

    It's likely intentional, my question is, which way does the top of the block face? Could use as a good block for making structures for navagating your world.

    *Edit, just checked, the top of the block, the top of the skull design faces south, just checked using a pumpkin, the pumpkin stem always faces north west, as well as other blocks facing other dirrections.

    Also, when viewing the skull design upside down, it sort of looks like a potion flask, might be good for making a potion shop design?
